Automatic discharge observation system in real-time

Hydro-STIV Real Time is a system that automatically observes discharge using videos recorded by a camera and water level.
By installing the system on a server connected to a camera installed at the observation point, real-time discharge can be observed at all times.
This system includes processing of images and other data, and an user interface.

Real-time observation of multiple sites is possible on a single Hydro-STIV Realtime system.

The system includes the following features.

  • Receive data from equipment such as cameras and water level meters
  • Periodic acquisition of observation data from folders and devices
  • Function of measuring water levels from images
  • Flow velocity measurement by STIV
  • Function to browse observed and measured data
  • Collaboration of observed and measured data with other systems
  • Image stabilization
  • Correction for shooting angle misalignment
  • Alert based on threshold settings
  • Function of switching measurement setting by water level and time
