Sept. 2001 Establishment of Tokyo research center (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan)
Aug. 2003 Osaka head quarter moved to Nishi-ku, Osaka, Japan.
Apr. 2005 Tokyo research center moved to Etou-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
Feb. 2012 Tokyo research center moved to Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
May 2013 Tokyo research center was renamed "Tokyo Branch".

Apr. 2018 Company name changed from Hydro-soft Technology Institute Co., Ltd. to Hydro Technology Institute Co., Ltd.

July 2021 Patent acquired (JP No. 6910506 To provide a river flow measuring device, method and program, and recording medium)
May 2024 Hydro-STIV received JSCE Innovative Technique Award 2023
